Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Since our treats are made in small batches, we want to make sure every order is fresh before it ships!
Domestic Shipping (Canada):
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express shipping: 2–4 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100.00 CAD
International Shipping: At the moment, we are not shipping internationally.
Freshness & Food Safety: Our treats are baked fresh in small batches. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place and using them within 4–6 weeks of receipt.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your pup's treats on their journey! 🐾
